The mattress is a bit too firm for my husband and I, but it is comfy enough that we will just keep it. We don't notice the cooling effect of the mattress but we aren't sure if it is due to the mattress cover that we put on it in addition to a fitted sheet. Overall it is comfy but it is a more firm mattress.

This mattress offers a hybrid construction with a classic, quilted top with upgrades available for even more cooling, comfort, and pressure relief. I thought I would love this mattress. It's always felt more firm to me than a standard medium feel. I'd hate to see what firm feels like. It's just not comfortable to me. I feel more aches than before on a much older mattress. It's reasonably priced but I wouldn't buy another one. After 5 month's of using, its just not working for me.

This is absolutely the most comfortable and best bed that I've ever owned. This bed is firm, but also soft and does a great job of keeping me cool at night. I'm the type of person that's always hot so it's nice to have a cooling mattress. I don't find it hard to fall asleep at night since switching to this bed. I am also a back and side sleeper so I find most positions are very comfortable. This bed is just the right height. The material used to make this pad also feels very luxurious. Overall, this is a wonderful mattress And I'm sure I'll use it for years to come

I really love this mattress! We put this in our guest room because we have various family members who come to stay with us. Our previous mattress was much more firm and that left half of our guests who are used to a soft mattress uncomfortable with their stay. This mattress is a great choice that has been enjoyed equally by people who like firm and soft mattresses. The mattress has a great quality feel and look to it as well. I have slept on this mattress several nights too with sick kids and it really has been such a comfortable night sleep for both of us! If you need a product that is a nice middle ground between firm and soft, this is the mattress to choose!!
