This mattress is definitely a firm, even with the pillowtop. I expected a slightly more "pillow-y" effect from the pillowtop with the firm mattress underneath.

This mattress is amazing. The quality is so high and it is extremely well made. There is a difference between just laying in a bed and actually being supported. This not only is comfortable but offers support to joints and contours to your body. I'm never left feeling too hot overnight. I wake up from full night of uninterrupted sleep. I don't feel my partner moving besides me. Soft plush top but just the right amount of push back. This bed will give you an amazing nights rest. It really is a top of the line mattress.

The best mattress I've ever had! The firmness is exactly what I wanted. I can get in and out of bed without my husband knowing or disrupting his sleep. It is super thick so you would need a lower frame. It's so comfy!!!!

I've never known exactly what kind of mattress firmness I prefer, but I do now. It's definitely this firm pillow top! The top is so soft and comfortable but the mattress itself is firm and supportive. The material is very breathable, no night sweats here! Great delivery process as well! I would recommend Serta to anyone in the market for a new mattress.

I really cannot believe how a mattress can make such a difference in your sleep. I need the firm support but I also like the soft top and this was just a perfect match for us. Very well built and supportive. It also has slats on the side to help make it easy to move when needed. I truly have been sleeping much longer. Instead of readjusting several times throughout the night. I really didn't think that was possible until I found this new mattress. I plan on getting another one for our second home to carry over the good nights sleep.

I recently received this matress and I am in love. It is such great quality, so comfortable and I love the cooling aspect of the mattress it helps keep your body cool and comfortable. We have slept on this bed for a few weeks and wake up so rested. Highly recommend this mattress! I LOVE it!

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. When I first got this mattress I noticed that it sat much higher on the box spring than my last mattress.When I first started sleeping on it, it was quite hard but I just needed to break it in and had to move around to each spot to get it all worn in.But once that was done this mattress felt great and I have not had any problems. It seems like it is high quality and I hope it wears wear for many years of use.

I suck at sleeping. Some people hit the mattress and are out like a light. I am not some people. I toss and turn and wake up multiple times per night. I have gotten significantly better sleep since getting this mattress. It is firm without being a rock, soft without cutting off circulation. It gives the perfect amount of support while minimizing any movement from my partners side. It is fairly tall for a queen and can be used with or without a base. I have it directly on the floor until my adjustable base arrives next week. I drift off to sleep so much quicker and stay asleep longer. I appreciate that it is eco friendly and made of recycled materials. There is a mild scent when it is first unwrapped but airing it for a day the bed is perfect. Deep pockets and texture in the main part allow air flow to keep me cool while sleeping.
